|Position title||Property Tenure Officer|
This pivotal role coordinates Council's Property Leasing and Licencing and associated administration, oversees the administrative functions associated with the management of Council's cemeteries and administers and maintains Council's Asset and Public Liability Insurance schedules.
|Hours||76 hour fortnight|
Permanent full time
The successful applicant must have a good understanding of property theory and practices with strong written and interpersonal skills. A tertiary qualification in Property or a related discipline and/or relevant experience working in a role related to the requirements of this position.
$62,527.80 pa - $75,338.35 pa plus statutory superannuation
A compulsory pre-employment medical examination must be undertaken.
