|Position title||Environmental Health Officer|
The Environmental Health Officer provides administrative and technical advice to Council to enable it to fulfil its functions in accordance with statutory obligations, operational procedures and Council Policies. The incumbent also provides advice , support and education to the community and Council with respect to current and emerging environmental health issues.
The successful applicant must have a high level of communication skills with the ability to be self-motivate and exercise initiative. Proven experience in Environmental Health with a tertiary qualification is essential.
|Hours||76 hour fortnight (some out of hours work may be required)|
