Council Assessment Panel

CAP meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month commencing at 9:30am.

The meetings are held in the Council Chambers Minlaton Town Hall, 57 Main Street, Minlaton.

The Council Assessment Panel has been established for the purpose of acting as a delegate of the Council in its role as a “relevant authority” under the Planning Development and Infrastructure Act 2016.

The Council Assessment has its own Terms of Reference and Meeting Procedures.

The Minister has adopted a code of conduct to be observed by members of the Council Assessment Panel. The code of conduct sets out standards of conduct and professionalism that are to be observed by all members of an assessment panel
