The purpose of the community engagement is for the revocation of community land Classification for the proposed transfer of Council owned properties 1439 Kainton Road Kainton, Section 625 Hundred of Clinton Certificate of Title: Volume 323 Folio 36 (Hall) and 570 Bridge Road Kainton, Allotment 287 Hundred of Clinton, Certificate of Title: Volume 5782 Folio 94 (Church and School), to the Kainton Recreation Grounds and Hall Committee Inc.
It is also proposed for Council to enter into a Licence over Section 139 PLN 210300 Crown Record: Volume 5757 Folio 283, with the Kainton Recreation Grounds and Hall Committee Inc., for the purpose of cropping.
Pursuant to Council’s Community Engagement policy, notice is hereby given that Council is required to consult with the Community about the proposed revocation of community land and proposed Licence.
