Council is seeking public feedback regarding a new lease proposal for Eldercare Incorporated for the South Park Aged Care facility in Minlaton, located at 1 South Terrace, Minlaton for a period of thirty five (35) years.

Under the Local Government Act 1999, Council is required to formally undertake community consultation for a lease or licence over community land when the term is greater than five (5) years.

Yorke Peninsula Council welcomes your feedback about the proposed lease for Eldercare Incorporated.
