Section 194 (2)(b) of the Local Government Act 1999 requires Council to consult with the community on the proposal to revocate community land in accordance with the Council’s Community Engagement Policy.

The proposed revocation on this particular parcel will give Council the flexibility to consider relinquishing the dedication and allow the land to be dedicated to the Minister of Education, Skills and Training.
