NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 194(2)(b) of the Local Government Act 1999 that Yorke Peninsula Council proposes to revoke the classification of Community Land for the following property:

Lot 1, Deposited Plan 38377 in the area named Port Vincent, Hundred of Ramsay
Certificate of Title Volume 5170 Folio 107

The proposed revocation is to enable Council to sell the land which has been identified as surplus to Council’s requirements.  The Proposal to Revocate Bennett Street Reserve, Port Vincent, as Community Land is available at Council offices at Maitland, Minlaton and Yorketown.
