Council is seeking public feedback on the proposed lease agreement between the Yorke Peninsula Council and Jawbem Pty Ltd for the SYP Community Childcare Centre, located at 11 North Terrace Minlaton SA 5575, and the Maitland Childcare Facility, located at 15 Kilkerran Terrace Maitland SA 5573, for the purpose of providing childcare services.

Under the Local Government Act 1999, Council is required to formally undertake community consultation for a lease or licence over community land when the term is greater than five (5) years.

The Yorke Peninsula Council welcomes your feedback on the proposed SYP Community Childcare Centre and Maitland Facility lease. The Public Consultation Plan is available for viewing  HERE or at Yorke Peninsula Council offices at Maitland, Minlaton, and Yorketown.
