Council invites feedback on its draft Transport Asset Management Plan (TAMP).
The draft TAMP review seeks to reflect updated information and advise the community on the way Council is pivoting to providing a ‘Fit for Purpose’ level of service notwithstanding funding challenges.
The draft TAMP deals with Council’s transport network comprising roads, footpaths, kerbs and gutters, airfields, carparks etc.
The draft TAMP seeks to work within available budgets, deliver a better understanding of different levels of service according to road priority (high use, medium use, low use), clarify the basis for determining a road’s priority, and elaborate on approach to maintenance and construction being employed to deliver work that is more durable or lasts longer.
