Council invites feedback on its Draft Strategic Asset Management Plan— 2025-2034.

The draft Strategic Asset Management Plan takes the organisational objectives in our Strategic Management Plan, develops the asset management objectives, principles, framework and strategies, required to achieve our organisational objectives. The plan summarises activities and expenditure projections from current adopted individual asset management plans, asset registers, budget and the Long-Term Financial Plan, to achieve the asset management objectives
