Due to COVID-19 restrictions for public gatherings, Council Meetings and Workshops will now be conducted online. This is now legally possible following recent variations to the Local Government Act and Regulations.
The link to Council Meetings and Workshops will be accessible to the public here during the meeting. There will be strictly no public access to the physical meetings.
This measure is in line with Australian Government guidelines in response to COVID-19 and has been taken to ensure the safety of Elected Members, Council staff and any members of the public who wish to attend.
Mayor Darren Braund and Chief Executive Officer Andrew Cameron will host the meetings, with Elected Members attending the meeting through remote access.
Anyone who wishes to view Meetings or Workshops can via the link made available on the homepage of our website 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time. A link will also be shared here: Council Live Stream Link (not currently active)
