Yorke Peninsula Council is a collaborative partner to the Marna Banggara project, by being actively involved in developing and delivering the project.
As members of the Technical Advisory Committee that first suggested the project over 10 years ago, Council staff have been active in a range of elements including development of project goals, marketing and promotion, arranging use of Council land and reserves, co-management of Dhilba Guuranda – Innes National Park and animal releases.
