Bild Infrastructure will soon commence works to upgrade Scarlet Runner Road, including stabilising and sealing the road pavement and improving drainage in the area.

To safely complete these works, the full length of Scarlet Runner Road will be closed from 4 May to June.

Planned works include:
• Roadside swale construction and connection to soakage areas
• Installation of new culverts under crossovers to improve drainage
• Tree removal works
• Installation of a drainage pipe across the road
• Stabilisation and sealing of the road pavement

Working hours
Crews will be on site during the day, between 7:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Please note that dates and times are subject to change depending on weather conditions and contractor availability.

Traffic management
• Local traffic management arrangements will be in place to maintain access to properties
• Driveway access may be subject to intermittent, short-term closures. Affected residents will be contacted by the project team closer to the time

What to expect
To keep the community and our workers safe, you may notice:
• Increased noise, dust and vibration from construction activities
All impacts will be monitored to ensure they remain within acceptable limits.
