This notice is to advise of upcoming road maintenance works on St Vincent Highway between Lake Fowler Road, Yorketown and Antsey Terrace, Edithburgh.
Major works will include pavement stabilisation, shoulder widening, and resealing works.
These works are scheduled to commence on Monday, 16 February, and will continue until mid-April 2026. Works will be undertaken between the hours of 7am – 6pm including weekends.
In addition to major works, additional ancillary works such as final line marking and sealing works will be completed between April and May 2026.
These works are being undertaken by Downer on behalf of the Department for Infrastructure and Transport to ensure a safe and efficient road network.
Please note, all works are weather dependent and scheduling may be subject to change.
To safely facilitate these works, speed and lane restrictions will be in place, with Variable Message Signage (VMS) on site to advise road users. Aftercare signage will also be in place with speeds reduced to 60km/h.
Every effort will be made to minimise the impact of works on local residents, businesses, and road users during this time.
