The Yorketown Caravan Park is managed by the Yorke Peninsula Council, and the appointed managers will be required to work with Council and within the requirements of the Local Government Act.
Council is looking to secure the services of Managers who do, or are prepared to operate as a company (on a contractual basis) and be responsible for the management, maintenance, cleaning, repair and upkeep of the caravan park. This position is being offered on a fixed term management agreement as outlined within the available documentation.
This is a unique opportunity for highly motivated couples or individuals to work with Council to grow the caravan park and deliver services as outlined above. Ideally you will have previous experience in operating similar facilities, posess outstanding customer service skills and have a reasonable understanding of computer operations. Previous experience within the caravan park industry would be highly desirable, but not necessary. The successful applicants should be ready to commence management immediately. This position would suit individuals who own their caravan and would like to live on site.
