The Yorke Peninsula’s Council Policies are designed to guide Council, staff and the community to ensure matters are handled in a fair and consistent manner when making decisions. They cover a wide array of economic, environmental, governance and social themes. There are also a number of stand-alone policies that address specific administrative responsibilities and/or legislative requirements.
Procedures outline the steps for ‘who’ does ‘what’ ‘why’ and ‘when’ in relation to the subject matter.
The Policies listed below have been endorsed by a formal resolution of Council.
