Public comment is sought in relation to the Draft Animal Management Plan – 2018-2023.

 

Pursuant to section 26A of the Dog and Cat Management Act 1995, each Council must,  in accordance with the Act, prepare a plan relating to the management of dogs and cats within its area.  The plan must cover a period of 5 years and must be presented to the Dog and Cat Management Board at least 6 months before it takes  effect.
