Council is seeking public feedback about a proposal to renew the lease for the Port Clinton Progress Association Inc. for the Port Clinton Community Hall and swimming pool for an overall lease term of ten (10) years.

Under the Local Government Act 1999, Council is required to formally undertake community consultation for a lease or licence over community land when the term is greater than five (5) years.

Yorke Peninsula Council welcomes your feedback about the proposed lease for the Port Clinton Progress Association Inc.
